100% Trade Up Policy
We offer a lifetime upgrade policy on all Earth Mined diamonds. We will credit you with 100% of the purchase price (excluding any credit card or finance charges, taxes, and shipping charges) towards your next diamond as long as the new purchase is twice as much as the original. Lab grown diamond trade-ups are subject to current market value. We will appraise the lab grown diamond at the time of trade in to determine the trade in value.
Please note this policy applies only to the center stone of a ring and not the ring itself or side stones as part of the ring. In addition to rings, you're free to also trade up Earth mined solitaire diamond studs and solitaire diamond pendants as well. Lab grown jewelry is not eligible for trade up. This policy applies to the original owner only and is non-transferable. Original receipt is required. Trade ups must be done in store.
