| Cottage Hill Diamonds will happily exchange or refund unworn and undamaged merchandise in accordance with the restrictions outlined in this section. All returned merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations, or wear. We cannot accept any returns of custom designs, special orders, or labor charges.
For a refund, you must return your item to Cottage Hill Diamonds within 7 days of the date of original purchase. After 7 days, we will issue store credit only. Refunds on credit card purchases will be electronically credited from Cottage Hill Diamonds to your account on the day of return. Cottage Hill Diamonds reserves the right to refund cash or check purchases by corporate check within 30 business days of the date of return.
To make an exchange, you must return the merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase unless other terms are authorized, in writing, by the store manager. If you exchange your original item for one of lesser value, Cottage Hill Diamonds will issue store credit for the difference.
Cottage Hill Diamonds warranties all merchandise against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. Cottage Hill Diamonds is not responsible for those items subjected to excessive wear, abuse, or physical damage whether accidental or otherwise. Additionally, the insurance and protection of your merchandise is solely your responsibility, and Cottage Hill Diamonds shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or resulting damages whatsoever that may occur. |
